Even if the workers of Dacia factory are on a second week of strike, the preparations for the launch of Dacia Sandero are going according to planning. Over 4000 models of Sandero will be ready in the show-rooms in Romania, at the beginning of June, at the biggest promotion day made by Dacia.
The vice president of Dacia, Constantin Stroe, said that the marketing strategy for the launch of Dacia Sandero is almost finished, despite of the strike. Dacia Sandero will be available in at least 3 paint colors (navy, red passion and white) and 7 metallic paint colors like platinum gray, blue and red electric fire.
The promotion campaign will start in May and it will be the greatest in Dacia history, even greater that on the launch of Dacia Logan. Constantin Stroe said: ” It will be an <Open Doors> campaign, in which 4000 cars will be ready for a test drive in over 100 show-rooms in Romania”.
Renault announced that the investment in Dacia Sandero model was 147 million euros, out of which the modernization of Mioveni factory was 82 millions euros. After the modernization the factory from Mioveni will be able to produce 60 Dacia Sandero per hour.
